WHAT IS PAST LIFE THERAPY |
| |
When a person under hypnosis, traces the origins of his ailments to certain unexplainable sequences, scenes or events with unknown people and which appears to be in a different era or place, and thereafter when the person releases the trauma in the scene with the guided help of the Hypnotherapist, the therapy takes a new turn. This can be attributed to healing a past life issue or cleansing unfinished Karma. And when this is correctly achieved, chronic aches and pains and situations of sufferings are released. |

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF HYPNOSIS USED FOR CLINICAL OR THERAPY PURPOSES. |
| |
A trained Hypnotherapist uses many procedures to induce state of hypnosis for the purpose of therapy. This process could be as simple as guided breathing, guided imagery, kinesiology, reverse counting or several such process or techniques which a Hypnotherapist is taught, to take the client into a deep relaxed state, where the Hypnotherapist needs to constantly talk with his client when the client is able to reveal the problems and the sources of his problem from his subconscious state. The client is also able to recall the conversation between his therapist and himself and is also aware of everything that is going around him. Right from the sound of the fan to the vehicle sounds or even if another person in the room is talking. However a good hypnotherapist can even use these sounds to induce deeper state of hypnosis by simply asking the person to start going deeper with the background sounds relaxing him. |

IS IT SAFE? CAN ANYONE GET STUCK UNDER HYPNOSIS. |
| |
Hypnosis is absolutely safe. No one can get stuck under hypnosis. the only thing that can happen is the person may wake up due to some resistance if he doesn’t want to undergo hypnosis and not go into hypnosis. but the occasions are rare as the hypnotherapist always takes consent or permission of his client and for a particular ailment. However if there is resistance due to fear, a hypnotherapist also knows that all he has to do is relax him further and take the person deeper into a relaxed state and to achieve this he may have to use deepening techniques of adding more message units in order to take away the fear of his client and relax him further. |

WHAT IS NATURAL HYPNOSIS |
| |
During any time, when we are in an “altered state of mind” and not fully conscious, we are under natural hypnosis .
Many natural activities can cause this natural alteration in our mind. For example, watching a television, sometime before falling off to sleep and just before actually waking up, under acute pain, when there is already too much going on our mind,
In this stage the person’s conscious mind control is lost and his state of mind is altered or pre-occupied with unconscious or subconscious thinking.
Young children under the “influence of television hypnosis” may actually base their belief patterns according to the movies they watch and are influenced by.
Young children also are under natural hypnosis state most of the time, as their critical mind rationalizing activity is not fully developed. It starts from age two and is complete upto age eight. Hence a child is most vulnerable to the influences of people or the thought and belief patterns of his care taker. Most of his beliefs , fears and life statements originate from this stage and may continue through out his life. |

WHAT IS REGRESSION |
|
Regression is going into the past , as recent as an hour back or even many years back. Regression is used to trace the causes and probable reasons why the ailment might have originated. Hypnotherapy is based on the principle that ailments and dis-eases first originate in our thoughts- which in turn creates emotional disturbances- which in turn creates energy imbalance – and lastly it manifests to show up on the physical body. Regression is simply to understand or diagnose the origin of the ailment or dis-ease and trace which patterns of thoughts or emotions or energy or physical discomfort needs to be attended to in order to find a complete cure. |
